Terms and Conditions:

1. Airfares are included economy return Australia
   
   
2. For what ever reason, any cancellation from booking date till 121 of departure date will incur 25% cancellation fee of paid in full price. Cancellation within 120 days of departure will incur 50% cancellation fee of paid in full ticket price. Cancellation within 60 days of departure will incur 100% cancellation fee of paid in full ticket price.
   
   
3. Personal insurance and liability not included.
   
   
4. Expedition members release absolutely 21st Century Education, 21st Century Adventure Travel Company Jamie McIntyre and Peter Bland and associates from all or any responsibility or liability for any losses, claims or demands that may be incurred before, during or after the said expedition.
   
   
5. We reserve the right to cancel the expedition prior to departure in the event of Force Majeure and whereby minimum booking placements are not met. In such a remote case you will offered a full refund of the ticket price. You fully indemnify 21st Century Education, 21st Century Adventure Travel Company Jamie McIntyre and Peter Bland from any additional expenses incurred by you resulting from the cancelled expedition.
   
   
6. We process in Australian dollars. We are not responsible for any currency conversions fees charges by your card supplier or bank institution.
